Butterfly Plague Shoot

We shot video recently for the track Butterfly Plague from new record featuring the acting chops of Zawe Ashton, who has become well known for playing Vod in channel 4′s Fresh Meat and who also put in a stunning performance in Carol Morley’s Dreams of a Life.

It was the directorial debut of Montserrat Lombard, and we were also lucky enough to have the make-up chops of Nick Buck (SnowWhite, Harry Potter), costume chops of Emma Macfarlane and camera chops of my very own Benjamin Brown, who shot it all on Super 8. We’ve now sent the tapes off to the Isle of Wight to get transferred, so fingers crossed it all comes out ok. If not we all had a very fun time making it so f**k it.
